What are the structural characteristics of the intermittent pre-blowing machine?
The machine adopts PLC and touch screen, automatic feeding, electric weighing, temperature control, material level control, and realizes automatic and continuous production.
1. The cylinder of the pre-expander enters steam from the bottom. Each injection of steam into the chamber can be controlled at different stages, greatly reducing the cycle time of the machine and greatly improving the quality of the finished product.
2. Equipped with screw feeding conveyor, electric weighing system and material level control system to control density.
3. The pressure reducing valve provides stable steam pressure. Generally, the most ideal steam pressure should be adjusted within the range of 0.6-0.8MPa.
5. Both the inlet and outlet doors are equipped with air holes to remove the residue of raw materials and prevent agglomeration.
6. The vibrating screen and motor replace the traditional stirring rod, which reduces the damage to raw materials caused by mechanical power.
7. PLC and touch screen can adjust process control parameters in time.
