Hangzhou Pusheng company have designed several standard K type eps machine with built-in steam chamber compatible with Germany machine: widely used K813 with mould dimension 800*1300mm, K1018 with mould dimension 1000*1800mm, K1214 with mould dimension 1200*1400mm, K1318 with mould dimension 1300*1800mm. K type eps foam machines are more suitable for different molds to use, with shared built-in steam chamber, the mold cost will be greatly saved. Energy saving type eps moulding machine is quite suitable to start-up with several eps products to make with less investment. Eps machine with fast mold change system is also quite popular to make eps products to save time in mold-change process. Above 3 kinds of expanded polypropylene moulding machines are quite mature and stable with constant improvements and updates since year 2015 when we initially stepped into eps &epp industry.

Automatic Expanded Polystyrene/EPS Moulding Machine is equipped with thick steel plates and strong profile steel as basis; delicate welding and galvanized painting to ensure no leakage, no rusting, the machine structure is sustainable working for 10 years at least; practical spare parts to ensure longer service life, good performance and easy maintenance; helpful and reliable sales, lifetime services for machine and spare parts.
Machine structure:
the eps machine body is professionally processed for anti-corrosion by welding-heating treatment-sandblast-zinc coating, and all steam, water and drainage pipe are processed by hot-zinc coating; safety door is installed on both sides and the machine will not work till the safety door is well closed to ensure safe operation.
EPS Machine legs and platform:
The machine can be equipped with 1.4~1.6m galvanized machine legs, the space below the machine is enough to install eps mould, customized operation platform can be provided with the machine as request for easy operation.
Controlling system:
The EPS machine electrical controlling system Mitsubishi PLC and Schneider touch screen; Relay and contact-or from Schneider; air solenoid valve is from Burkert Germany;
Steam controlling valves are separately designed for MI and MII to achieve precise steam pressure and reasonable flow, MI and MII pipe pressure will be displayed by pressure gauges.
Filling system:
Double vertical hoppers 180L* 2 are installed at two sides of the machine, pressurized filling or vacuum filling for option;
Cooling system:
vacuum and water cooling are crossed used to well balance low moisture and high temperature mold face in short cooling time.

2) epp shape molding machine need higher steam pressure inside the mould cavity, 0.5MPa VS 1.5MPa, so the epp shape molding machine can be used for making eps products.
3) epp mould steam chamber are made of steel for higher pressure; eps mould steam chamber are made of alum.
3) most epp material is expanded beforehand, after pre-pressurized tanks at factory, the epp material can be used for shape molding into epp products; eps material is mostly pre expanded by factory with pre expander, then used for shape molding into eps products.
