1. EPE, which refers to expanded polyethylene, also known as pearl cotton. It is a new type of environmentally friendly packaging material. It is composed of low-density polyethylene fat through physical foaming to produce countless independent bubbles. It can be extruded or foamed, and can be made into plates, sheets or pipes, and then punched, cut and bonded to form. It has good toughness, is not easy to break, and has good cushioning performance. It can also be foamed into beads.
2. EPP, polypropylene plastic foaming material, is a high-crystalline polymer material with excellent performance. Its unique and superior performance has become the fastest growing new environmental protection pressure-resistant buffer heat insulation material. EPP products have excellent shock resistance and energy absorption performance, high recovery rate after shape, good heat resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and heat insulation. In addition, its light weight can greatly reduce the weight of items.
3. ETPU, commonly known as "popcorn" (from thermoplastic polyurethane foam), is a new type of polymer material composed of countless independent small pores of TPU foam with full elasticity and light weight. After foaming, the volume expands by 5-10 times, and the diameter of the cells is only about 30 microns to 300 microns. The size and shape are the same as popcorn, 0.15-0.25 per cubic centimeter
The density of gram makes people hardly feel its weight, so it is called "popcorn" by the industry.
4. EPS, polystyrene, made by pre-hairing, curing, molding, drying and cutting. It can be made into foam plastic products of different densities and shapes, and it can also produce foam sheets of various thicknesses. Widely used in construction, temperature, packaging, refrigeration, daily necessities, industrial casting and other fields.
5. EPO, a mixture of expanded polystyrene and polyethylene, is a "copolymer" produced by a special polymerization process, with a unique composition and structure, consisting of 30% polyethylene and 70% polystyrene.
