With the rapid development of China's manufacturing economy and export economy, China has gradually become the world's manufacturing center. At the same time, the industrialization and automation of China's economy has gradually been greatly improved. As a general-purpose epp packaging machinery and equipment, the skinned epp packaging machine industry has shown the following four obvious development trends.
1. Transition from low production capacity to high speed and high production capacity. Due to the improvement of automation and the reduction of manpower, the production capacity of the skin-friendly epp packaging machine has been greatly increased. In particular, the use of a fully automatic body-fitting machine, coupled with a fully-automatic body-fitting cardboard drum cutting machine, effectively solves the time-consuming and laborious problem of manual cutting of cardboard after skin-packing, and greatly improves the overall packaging efficiency.
2. The machine is gradually developing from simple to fully automatic. The most advanced models in China currently are automatic feeding and discharging, and the power modes used include push-pull robots and electric drum drives. With the increase of labor costs, factories are more willing to adopt automatic feeding and discharging models. This can reduce labor costs and effectively cope with the labor shortage and rising labor costs currently faced by manufacturing companies.
3. Transform and upgrade from single model to multiple models. At first, only the economical and simple TB390 model, semi-automatic 5540 model, etc., to the present high-speed automatic model. Several typical models have also been developed for automatic models: A) automatic left feeding and automatic right discharging; B) automatic right feeding and right discharging; C) automatic return-to-tray feeding and discharging. Control methods are: A) traditional electrical control method; B) PLC touch screen type.
4. The development of skin-friendly epp packaging machine products has also led to the vigorous development of related industries such as skin-on packaging film, skin-on film, and DuPont sarin film. The two industries complement each other and promote each other, forming a virtuous circle of ecology.
