Precautions for foam machinery in use
1. Check whether the screws are loose and whether the main shaft of the EPS foam machine rotates normally.
2. Correctly install each motor and its wiring. The motor uses a three-phase 380V heating plate and uses a 220V current.
3. Do a good job of external grounding protection for each machine.
4. Check whether the steering of the main shaft of the EPS foam mechanical testing machine is correct.
5. The heating plate is powered and preheated until the outer shell of the barrel melts the foam, and pay attention to the fact that the raw materials in the upper and lower barrels must be completely melted before each extruder is started, so as to rotate the large wheel flexibly. Due to the residual raw material melt in the machine head, it is recommended to use a blowtorch to strengthen the preheating of the upper and lower machine heads.
6. Flexibly control the length of the strip into the water, depending on the temperature and water temperature, cool the strip by about 1.1-1.7M in water, so that the strip is not brittle and broken, and does not stick after cutting.
7. Observe the color and shape of the discharged material, and flexibly grasp the power supply and shutdown of each heater.
8. If there are many impurities such as ash and soil in the raw material, 20-40 mesh and 1-3 layers of sieves can be added before the screen to ensure the color and purity of the particles.
