EPS foam machinery with energy saving potential
Injection molding machines with great energy-saving potential in the production process of EPS foam machinery, for example, the injection molding machine process is generally divided into several stages: clamping, injection, melting, pressure holding, cooling, and mold opening. Different stages require different pressure and flow.
As for the pump motor, the plastic injection molding process is the change of the load state. In the hydraulic system of the pump, the pump motor operates at a constant speed and constant flow, and the excess hydraulic oil returns through the overflow valve. This process is called high-pressure throttling. For example, the return will lead to energy loss.
