EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) cutters are special equipment for cutting EPS foam materials. In order to ensure the normal operation of the EPS cutter and extend its service life, daily inspection is very important. The following are the key points for daily inspection of EPS cutters:

1. Appearance inspection

- Inspection content: Is there any obvious damage, dents or deformation on the appearance of the equipment.
- Inspection method: Visual inspection to ensure that the appearance of the equipment is intact.

2. Cleaning condition

- Inspection content: Is there any dust, dirt or residue on the surface of the equipment and the cutting area.
- Inspection method: Use a clean soft cloth or brush to clean the surface of the equipment and the cutting area to ensure that the equipment is clean.

3. Mechanical parts inspection

- Inspection content: Whether mechanical parts such as gears, chains, and bearings are operating normally, and whether there is any looseness or wear.
- Inspection method: Manually turn the mechanical parts and observe their operation. If there is any abnormality, it should be adjusted or replaced in time.

4. Inspection of cutting tools

- Inspection contents: Sharpness and integrity of cutting tools, whether there are gaps or blunting.
- Inspection method: Visually inspect the cutting tools. If there are any abnormalities, they should be replaced or polished in time.

5. Inspection of electrical system

- Inspection contents: Whether electrical components such as wires, plugs, relays, sensors, and display screens are firmly connected, whether they are damaged or loose.
- Inspection method: Visually inspect electrical components to ensure that the connection is firm and there are no abnormalities.

6. Lubrication condition

- Inspection contents: Whether there is enough lubricating oil or grease in the parts that need lubrication, such as guide rails, gears, and bearings.
- Inspection method: Check the lubricating parts and add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease if necessary.

7. Safety device inspection

- Inspection contents: Whether the safety protection device is intact, whether there is any damage or missing.
- Inspection method: Visually inspect the safety protection device to ensure that it is intact.

8. Operation status inspection

- Inspection content: Is there any abnormal sound, vibration or overheating when the equipment is running.
- Inspection method: Start the equipment and observe its operation status. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection in time.

9. Control system inspection

- Inspection content: Whether the control system works normally and whether there is any fault prompt on the display screen.
- Inspection method: Operate the equipment and check whether the various functions of the control system are normal. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

10. Environmental inspection

- Inspection content: Whether the equipment installation environment is dry and well ventilated, and whether there are flammable items.
- Inspection method: Visually inspect the equipment installation environment to ensure that it meets safety requirements.

Through the above daily inspection points, the normal operation of the EPS block cutter can be effectively ensured, its service life can be extended, and production efficiency and product quality can be improved.
