Q: How do you after-sales service if the product is damaged?
A: During the 12-month warranty period, our general after-sales service is to replace the damaged parts for customers, but if the damage can be repaired with a slight cost, we will wait for the customer to pay for the repair and refund this part of the cost. (Note: fragile parts are not included)
