A: 1) processing different foam: expanded polystyrene and Expanded Polypropylene.
2) epp shape molding machine need higher steam pressure inside the mould cavity when working, 0.5MPa VS 1.5MPa,
so the epp shape molding machine can be used for making eps products.
3) epp mould steam chamber are made of steel for higher pressure; eps mould steam chamber are made of alum.
3) most epp material is expanded beforehand, after pre-pressurized tanks at factory, the epp material can be used for shape molding into epp products;
eps material is mostly pre expanded by factory with pre expander, then used for shape molding into eps products.
