The conversion of expandable polystyrene to expanded polystyrene is carried out in three stages: Pre-expansion, Maturing/Stabilization/Aging and Shape Molding.

The frame strength is durable for 20 years. All steam, cooling water and drainage pipes and machine legs are galvanized completely; prolong the service life of pipes and controlling valves.
