What makes the eps machine great performance?
1. The feeding system adopts advanced intelligent proportional valve(optional) to precisely control the barrel pressure and stability.
2. The steam pipeline system adopts Japan imported remote valve group and intelligent proportional valve to achieve precise control of steam pressure and greatly reduce steam energy consumption.
3. High-quality electronic control system: Taiwan imported human-machine interface, imported programmable controllers, relay and circuit breakers, etc. all use imported brands to ensure the stability of electrical control.
4. All templates are processed strictly accordance with the specified processing steps (cutting-welding-heat treatment-processing-sandblasting-painting). The frame strength is durable for 20 years. All steam, cooling water and drainage pipes are galvanized completely, prolong the service life of pipes and controlling valves.
5. The machine can be equipped with machine legs and operation platform for easy installation at site.

How does an EPS manufacturing machine work?
The working principle of an EPS molding machine is that EPS beads are heated and expanded using steam and pressure in a pre-foaming machine. Then, a molding machine is used to mold the expanded beads into the desired shape.
The process includes heating, molding, and cooling to finally produce a finished EPS product.
