the eps recycle machine include eps crusher and eps dedustor. The crushing and dedusting process are done in the closed cavity of the machine to ensure no dust flowing out to the air to harm workers. Eps beads after crushing is of diameter 4-10mm, can be mixed with eps shape molding or block molding process. Those eps beads less than dia.4mm will be sucked away with the dust to dustbin. The eps recycling machine works automatically, all you need is a working to throw wasted eps into the crusher. The crushed machine capacity is around 30m3/hour.
