2. The machine can choose different feeding processes such as timing feeding, inflatable feeding, vacuum feeding, etc., to ensure fast feeding speed and uniform in-mold;
3. Using advanced hydraulic system, the main and auxiliary cylinders operate the mold clamping respectively; using the differential, the speed of the moving mold stroke can be increased to a maximum of about 200mm per second, saving more than 40% of energy;
4. The machine adopts numerical control encoder to control the travel distance during mold opening and mold clamping, to ensure consistent sealing during each feeding, and to ensure uniform feeding density;
5. The machine adopts a balance valve to ensure that the steam pressure in the mold is uniform and the temperature remains unchanged;
6. The vacuum system of this machine is mainly composed of a vacuum storage tank, a vacuum cooling tank, and a high-efficiency water circulation vacuum pump to ensure that the product is formed quickly, the bonding is uniform, and the moisture content is low;
7. The software system has production process memory function and statistical function.
Special steam piping system:
1. EPP molding machine adopts large capacity, pressure sensor combined with proportional valve to control steam system to ensure fast and stable heating.
2. The EPP machine adopts a high-precision industrial computer, and the pressure of the mold cavity is collected in milliseconds. Through the computer PID algorithm, the degree of opening and closing of the valve is precisely controlled.
3. Not only can the pressure set value (<1.5S) be reached quickly, but also the cavity pressure can be stably controlled at the upper and lower limits.
